Booking terms

Draft website terms for owner review before accepting direct payments. The exact price, cancellation terms and payment schedule should be included in every written booking confirmation.

Booking requests

A website form submission is a request only. A booking becomes binding when Lagan View confirms the dates and price in writing, the guest accepts the stated terms and any required payment is received.

Prices and payment

Website estimates are indicative and may vary for events, holidays, guest requirements and longer stays. Your written quote will state the total price, included charges, deposit or balance dates and accepted payment method.

Occupancy

The apartment accommodates a maximum of four registered guests. The lead guest must provide accurate contact and guest information and is responsible for the conduct of their party.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am unless otherwise agreed in writing. Detailed access and parking instructions are provided only to confirmed guests.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy provided with the written quote applies to the booking. Guests should review it before paying. Different terms may apply to discounted, event-date or long-stay bookings.

House rules

No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. Guests must respect neighbours, building rules and quiet hours, keep the property secure and report damage promptly. Parties and unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior written agreement.

Platform bookings

If you book through Airbnb or another platform, that platform's terms, payment arrangements and cancellation policy apply instead of these direct-booking terms.
