When you send a booking request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates, guest count and message.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, administer a booking and meet any legal or accounting requirements connected with your stay. We do not sell your personal information.

Forms and hosting

This website is designed to be hosted by Netlify. Booking form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify so they can be delivered to the hosts. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for correspondence. Booking and payment records may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law. To make a request, email laganview25@gmail.com.

Calendar data

The availability calendar imports blocked dates from booking channels. It is used only to show whether a date appears available and does not display guest names or contact information.
